Agricultural family farm Toljanić was established in 1995. Based on the centuries-old family tradition of growing indigenous wine variety – Zlahtina. In addition to growing grapes and wine production Toljanić family has expanded it to hospitality in order to offer their product through their own restaurant. Žlahtina is a first-rate quality wine produced in an area of about 120 hectares in Vrbnička valley on the island of Krk in Croatia. Zlahtina Toljanić has received a series of official recognition and the right to a protected label, “Original Croatian” among 80 other products, and ranks fourth on the list of the most famous Croatian wines (Pošip, Dingač, Ivan Dolac, Zlahtina).

It is characteristic by its fresh aroma and transparent golden-green color. It is very light wine, so it is recommended to enjoy it chilled and not older than three years. It has 11-12% alcohol depending on the annual harvest. This wine has recently taken a prominent place in the Croatian and international wine fairs and exhibitions.
