Muddy Arch Winery is located in Napa Valley and winemaker Chris Leonard is committed to finding the best grapes from classic vineyards to make his wines. His approach is to pick the grapes for this wine a week or two earlier than other winemakers might to make sure that the wine retains the freshness and acidity expected from the grape varieties. The white blend is very unique for the U.S. market – a combination of Picpoul Blanc (59%), Grenache Blanc (33%), and Roussanne (8%). The combination of these Rhône-style grape varieties delivers a powerhouse white wine: aromatic, full of flavor, with abundant fruit and delightful acidity.
