Legendary winemaker Frano Miloš, who is consider as one of the most important interpreters of Plavac Mali variety, finally releases a white wine. From the highest quality grapes from old hand-crafted vineyards close to Ston on the Peljesac peninsula, comes Stalagmit. The fermentation is always spontaneous using only autochthonous yeasts, and the aging takes place in large wooden barrels of Slavonian oak. The wine is unfiltered with minimal amounts of sulfites. Specific soil, centuries-old tradition and a completely traditional way of producing, makes Miloš family a true custodians of Dalmatian heritage in modern times.
