Very distinct and fine aroma, with characteristic notes of ripe fruit, especially yellow apple, pear, and peach, interwoven with hints of flowers. Full-bodied dry wine with a long-lasting taste and perfectly balanced freshness and minerality. It pairs well with pasta and risotto dishes based on fish.
